CONFIRMATION PROCESS
GUESTS
Please make sure your guests are on time. It may be best to tell your guests that the party start time is 20-30 minutes before your actual party start time to ensure there are no late stragglers. Your hero will be in costume and start the show at exactly the time confirmed in your booking. Unfortunately, we cannot wait for any late guests to arrive.
Whew! We know there has been alot of information given to you so far but don’t worry, you’re almost finished!
Hero Certificates (Optional)
Your hero(es) will dazzle the little ones with a fun, energetic and interactive workout and train to be heroes too. When the training is over, they will be commemorated as honorary heroes! That’s when we will present each child with this cool certificate that you can print. Although this isn’t mandatory, it is a great feature and highlights an inportant part of the hero training process.
Please print the certificate using the link below that corresponds to your party theme. Print out one for every child you will be hosting (including the birthday child). Roll up each certificate so it’s in a condition to hand off. You could also tie the certificate with a ribbon (any party place or dollar store should have them). See the pic below to get an idea of what we mean and have fun with it by making it as nice as you’d like. You may even wish to personalize them by adding the child’s name to the certificate (if you do this, don’t forget to add the child’s name to the outside as well). We will be passing them out during the ceremony and they can be used in pictures too! Please provide these certificates to our performers upon arrival.

Payment
The remaining balance is payable on the day of your show and is taken care of at the end of the performance. We like to handle the payment discretely away from your guests in a private area and prefer if you pay us in cash. (If you feel we did an outstanding job and would like to show your appreciation, our performers do accept gratuities and greatly appreciate them).
NOTE: We only accept cash for the remaining balance when performing for any party outside London city.
